All of our button magnets are made with NdFeB rare-earth magnets made from high-grade Neodymium Iron Boron using a patented process that produced the strongest permanent magnets available. Each has a North and South Pole and can attract or repel based on orientation. These magnets can interact from over 18 inches away but are fragile and may chip or break on impact. Handle with care.
*WARNING: Neodymium (NdFeB) magnets are extremely powerful and can be dangerous if mishandled. Keep them at least 12 inches away from magnetic storage devices like computers, hard drives, credit cards and TV’s. If you or anyone nearby has a pacemaker, consult a doctor before use.
Do not allow magnets to snap together. They may shatter and send sharp fragments flying. Never attempt to drill, cut or machine them as heat can cause ignition. Standard N40 magnets should not exceed 175 degree F (80 degree C) or they may lose their magnetism.
These magnets can pinch hard; never place body parts between magnets. Do not swallow or inhale magnets. Serious internal injury may occur and requires immediate medical attention.
